2. Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use this website. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security features, or engage in unlawful conduct.

3. Online Payments (PayPal)

Alive FX (Pty) Ltd uses PayPal to process all online payments. Transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Your payment details are submitted directly to PayPal over a secure encrypted connection; Alive FX (Pty) Ltd does not store, retain or access your card or bank details. Payment confirmation is sent to the email address you provide. Recurring subscriptions are held in your own PayPal account and can be cancelled by you there at any time. By making a payment you confirm you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

4. Refunds and Cancellations (CPA Compliance)

Refund requests are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). A refund may be granted where the request is submitted within 7 days of the transaction, proof of payment and a reason are provided, and the service or digital product has not been accessed, downloaded, executed or delivered.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to reflect. Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered or digital products already accessed or delivered, for fraudulent, accidental or unauthorised purchases, or where statutory exceptions apply under the CPA. Alive FX (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to approve or decline any refund on reasonable grounds and supporting evidence.

5. Pricing and Availability

Prices and product or service availability may change without prior notice. Alive FX (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for errors, omissions or outdated content, and reserves the right to discontinue or modify any service at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Alive FX (Pty) Ltd is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant service or product. Nothing in this clause excludes liability where prohibited by law.
