3. Online Payments (PayGate Compliance)

Alive FX PRY LTD uses PayGate (Pty) Ltd to process all online card payments.

  • All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

  • Card details are submitted directly to PayGate via secure SSL encryption.

  • Alive FX PRY LTD does not store, retain, or access your card details.

  • Payment confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide.

  • By making a payment, you acknowledge that you are authorised to use the selected card or payment method.

4. Refunds and Cancellations (CPA Compliance)

Alive FX PRY LTD handles refund requests in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and industry standards.

4.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • A refund request is submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

  • The customer provides proof of payment and the reason for the refund.

  • The service or digital product has not been accessed, downloaded, executed, or delivered.

4.2 Refund Method

Approved refunds:

  • Will be processed back to the same payment method / card used for the original transaction.

  • May take 7–10 business days to reflect depending on your bank.

4.3 Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Services already rendered or digital products already accessed or delivered.

  • Fraudulent, accidental, or unauthorised purchases by the customer.

  • Situations where statutory exceptions apply under the CPA.

Alive FX PRY LTD reserves the right to approve or decline any refund based on reasonable grounds and supporting evidence.

5. Pricing and Availability

Prices and product/service availability may change without prior notice.
Alive FX PRY LTD is not responsible for errors, omissions, or outdated content.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any service at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law:

  • Alive FX PRY LTD is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant service or product.

Nothing in this clause excludes liability where prohibited by law.

7. Data Protection & Privacy (POPIA Compliance)

Alive FX PRY LTD processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

  • Personal data will only be used for business, account, and transactional purposes.

  • We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except where required for payment processing, legal obligations, or service delivery.
